Folk Magick is generally based on material ques, are basic in nature and are usually very effective for your every day needs. effects of this magick usually take some time to occur. cord/knot, candle, color, gypsy, most norse, and celtic magicks i find to be folk in nature. (this is my oppinion, others may very) Folk magick is generally passed down from teacher/ or parent to student or child in a verbal manor. mostly you will find folk magick to be family originated. when i think of folk magick i thikn mostly of gypsy magick. on this page i will give a general outline for a spell and/or ritual and then give more specific spells in each catagory to the left.
